These terms cover your use of wishcard.ai. By using WISH you agree to them.

The service

WISH lets you create AI-designed greeting cards — a custom illustration and a written message — which you can share by link, send by email, schedule for later, or print. Your first card is free to try without an account; creating an account gives you free starter credits.

Credits & payment

• One credit generates one new AI card design. Reusing an existing design, editing your message, sharing, printing and emailing don't cost credits.
• Credit packs are a one-time purchase — no subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
• Because credits unlock AI generation immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something went wrong (e.g. a failed generation), we auto-refund the credit — and if that ever fails, email us and we'll make it right.

Your content & ownership

• You keep ownership of the words and photos you provide. You're responsible for having the right to use any photo you upload and for the content of your messages.
• Subject to our providers' terms, the card and artwork we generate are yours to use for personal and everyday purposes — send them, print them, share them.
• You grant us the limited license needed to host, render and deliver your cards. Designs are private by default; a design only appears in the public gallery if you opt in.

Acceptable use

Don't use WISH to create unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, deceptive or infringing content, to impersonate others, or to abuse the AI or the service (including trying to bypass limits). We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output

AI-generated art and text can be imperfect or unexpected, and similar prompts may produce similar results for different people. We don't guarantee uniqueness or fitness for any particular purpose.

Availability, disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, WISH isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
