WISH (“we”, “us”) runs wishcard.ai, a service for creating AI-designed greeting cards. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

• What you give us. The details you type to make a card — occasion, recipient name, your message and design ideas, and any photos you choose to upload. If you create an account, your email and (optionally) your name and birthday. If you buy credits, your payment is handled by our processor.
• What we make. The cards, artwork and messages generated for you, and basic records of your activity (credits, cards created, scheduled sends, birthday reminders you set).
• Technical basics. A session cookie so you stay signed in, and standard server logs (e.g. IP address) used to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To generate your cards and run the features you use (sharing, email delivery, scheduled sends, group cards, birthday reminders).
• To operate, secure and improve the service, and to prevent fraud/abuse.
• To email you when you ask us to — card delivery, sender confirmations, and birthday reminders you opted into. We don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.

AI & third parties

To create artwork and messages we send your prompt (and any photos you upload) to our AI provider (OpenAI). Payments are processed by Stripe. Transactional email is sent via our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms; we don't sell your data to anyone.

Photos

Photos you upload are used only to generate your card's artwork as an artistic interpretation — not a face copy — and to render your card. You control whether a design is shared to the public gallery (off by default).

Your choices

• Access & deletion. Email hello@wishcard.ai to access or delete your account and associated data.
• Reminders. Turn birthday reminder emails on or off any time in your account.
• Cookies. We use a single essential session cookie; no third-party ad tracking.

Retention & security

We keep your cards and account data while your account is active, and take reasonable measures to protect it. Card links are unlisted but anyone with the link can view that card — treat links like the card itself.

Children

WISH isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
